He taught himself to build full applications, then put that skill to the ultimate test: launching and running a nationwide e-commerce company on a platform he designed and built himself. Every order, every fulfillment workflow, every customer touchpoint ran through systems he created.
From there, he moved into the memorial services industry — an environment where operations are 24/7, emotions run high, and there is no room for systems that fail. He built the technology backbone that kept those operations running smoothly under intense pressure.
