Installations are fixed-price engineering engagements delivered against a statement of work with milestone payments. Post-installation managed operations run month-to-month after the 90-day hypercare window, with 30 days written notice to cancel. Multi-year term discounts available for clients who want to lock in operations pricing.
Do we own what Hex AI Systems builds?
Yes. Full source code, configurations, data, and workflow artifacts are the client's property. Hex AI Systems retains no proprietary lock-in. You may transfer operations to another vendor or bring operations in-house at any time with 30 days written notice.
Which AI platforms does Hex AI Systems run on?
Currently Anthropic (Claude API), chosen for production reliability and governance characteristics. Our framework is platform-agnostic by design — additional AI platforms (OpenAI, open-source models, and others) are being integrated as fallbacks and for workload-specific routing. Clients never face platform lock-in at the AI layer.
Do we need to change our existing software stack?
No. Hex AI Systems integrates with the systems you already run — CRM, ERP, ticketing, analytics, compliance tooling, and vertical-specific software. The operating system sits above those tools and orchestrates agents across them.
